Layout Designs

Roberta is skilled at dummying pages, and desktop publishing. Experienced with QuarkXPress, In Design, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Word Pro. Her Layouts sparkle with strong stories, creative headlines, and eye-catching art. She is a skilled copy editor with attention to detail and fact checking and strong news judgment. Mastery of AP Style, and Strunk and White grammar rules.

1. Tabloid -- designed the publication template and provided content.  was editor and writer of News Ink.	2. Tabloid with Broadsheet look. Examples of pages from broadsheet newspapers that dummied and in some cases did the pagination. She was the editor, leader writer, and assigned stories to other writers and determined which stories went on the front page.
3. Special section in newspaper. Roberta managed the project as its editor, design layout, and wrote a few of the stories. This was a 32-page magazine-size edition inserted in the newspaper. One of the newspaper's biggest selling editions.	4. Broadsheet -- Examples of pages from broadsheet newspapers that dummied and in some cases did the pagination.
5. Full Page Special design of an event where the layout and photographs were designed in theme with the issue.	6. Events Section -- designed the layout and did all the art of this page for News Ink, and Knight Times to increase readership / usage in the newspaper.
